The rate for municipal legal notices placed in the Penn-Franklin News is $0.95 per line, minimum of 10 lines. Notary charge is an additional $5.

All other types of legal notices are as follows:

• Estate notices are a flat fee of $70.00. This includes three insertions in three different issues and the notary charge.
• Notice of fictitious name, articles of incorporation and other single time notices are a minimum fee of $25.00, including notary charge.
