The Penn-Franklin News, Penn Trafford News, and Delmont Salem News are all published each Monday unless otherwise announced in the paper. All three papers contain exactly the same information in each issue. We assign papers by the address of the subscriber.
Please note that we are in the midst of transitioning to one paper per week. This will result in some changes and some subscriptions having additional time added.
We have special offers for military addresses and college students. Please contact the office for rates.
Subscription rates are based on where you live. If you live in Westmoreland County (zip codes beginning with 156, 15085, 15239, 15146 or 15068), the rate is $15.00 for one year as of January 1, 2023. If you live outside of the county, the rate is $51 per year. Snowbird rate is $2.75 extra per month.
If you choose to order or renew online and pay by credit card, there is a processing fee added to the rate. If you want to pay by check, click the subscription form link below, fill it out, print and mail to the address below. Gift subscriptions must be mailed in at this time, we are unable to process online orders for them at this time.

The Market Place is a free publication that is distributed once a month by mail to certain parts of our coverage areas. Persons who receive the newspaper do not receive The Market Place.
