NOTICE is hereby given that the Delmont Borough Planning Commission will meet on February 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., in the Delmont Borough Building, 77 Greensburg Street, Delmont, PA 15626. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the application filed by Jessica Kos and Noah Hansen for a Lot Consolidation Plan affecting properties at Tax Map Nos. 25-02-13-076 and 25-02-13-0-077, located generally along Church Street in the Borough. The Commission may also consider such other business as may be presented.

NOTICE is hereby given of the intention of the Council of the Borough of Delmont, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, to consider and if appropriate adopt the following Ordinance at an advertised public meeting of the Delmont Borough Council to be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of February 2026, at 6:00 o’clock P.M., prevailing time, at the Delmont Municipal Building, 77 Greensburg Street, Delmont, PA 15626.
AN ORDINANCE OF DELMONT BOROUGH, WESTMORELAND COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ELECTING TO AMEND ITS POLICE PENSION PLAN ADMINISTERED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW; AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL PROVISIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW AS AMENDED AND AS APPLICABLE TO MEMBER MUNICIPALITIES.
A copy of said proposed Ordinance is available to be examined without charge, or a copy of the same for a fee of twenty-five ($.25) cents per page, at the Delmont Municipal Building, 77 Greensburg Street, Delmont, PA 15626, during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. and Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Further, a copy of said proposed Ordinance is available at the office of the Delmont-Salem News, 4021 Old William Penn Highway, P.O. Box 73, Murrysville, PA 15668. A copy will also be available for examination at the Westmoreland County Law Library, Second Floor, Westmoreland County Courthouse, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, after approval, during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
