Letters to the Editor

The Penn-Franklin News welcomes Letters to the Editor, however, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

1. All letters to the editor must be signed and have an address and phone number for verification. We will not run a letter that cannot be verified.
2. General thank you letters to the community are accepted, but lists of names or business are not. Those types of lists are considered advertising.
3. We reserve the right to edit all letters.

To submit a letter to the editor to the Penn-Franklin News, you can mail it to:

or you e-mail the article to: news at penn-franklin.com. When emailing letters to the editor, paste the letter directly into the email document. Do not send attachments.

Even if the office is not open, a drop box is available beside the front door for submissions.
