NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
MODIFICATION TO THE FFY 2023 CDBG PROGRAM YEAR FOR THE CITY OF JEANNETTE, PA
Notice is hereby given by the City of Jeannette, PA that a Public Hearing will be held on February 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM., prevailing time, in the Jeannette City Hall, located at 110 South 2nd Street, Jeannette, PA 15644. The Jeannette City Hall is accessible to the physically disabled. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to present and discuss proposed modifications to the City’s FFY 2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year. A copy of the City’s Proposed Modification is available for public review in the Jeannette City Manager’s Office, Jeannette City Hall beginning on January 28, 2026, for a period of at least 5 days prior to the Public Hearing. The City Hall is open to the public between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, weekdays. The City is proposing the following modifications:
FFY 2023 CDBG Program Year
1. Delete the Clearance and Demolition Project line item activity in the amount of $60,000.00.
2. Add a new activity to fund an Altman Community Park Improvements Project in the amount of $60,000.00.
