A meeting of the City of Jeannette Zoning Hearing Board will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, Jeannette City Hall, 110 South Second Street, Jeannette, PA 15644.
The following appeal will be heard:
1. Appeal #26-01: Tim Graham, 108 Warrior Ct., Harrison City, PA 15636 is requesting a variance to Zoning Ordinance 17-07 for following articles, sections and location, Article 2, Section 2.8.7 Accessory Structures and Uses, Section 2.15 Permitted Land Uses and Article 14 Definitions to construct a Private Garage and locate an Accessory Structure on a lot without a Primary Structure for property located at 4 South 13th street, Jeannette, PA 15644, TAX MAP No. 14-01-11-0-106 which is located in Commercial Corridor.
2. Appeal #26-03: Maureen Monsour, 1103 Magnolia Drive, Jeannette, PA 15644 is requesting a variance per Zoning Ordinance 17-07 for following Articles, sections and location, Article 8, Table 8.1 Permitted Sign Types and Regulations, 8.2 Sign Types, 8.5.6 Outdoor Advertising Structure and Definitions to construct an Outdoor Advertising Structure on a lot located at 1103 Magnolia Drive, Jeannette, PA 15644, TAX MAP No. 14-04-09-0-023which is located in a Traditional Neighborhood District.

The Municipality of Murrysville Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a public meeting and hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Murrysville Municipal Offices, 4100 Sardis Road for the request of a variance to Article III, Section 220-13, for operating a commercial kennel in an R-1 Zoning District at 120 Artman Lane Murrysville PA 15668.

Penn Township Transportation Impact Fee Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting to review and discuss the roadway sufficiency analysis, prepared as part of the proposed update to the transportation impact fee program.
The meeting will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, in the Commissioners Meeting Room in the Municipal Building at 2001 Municipal Court, Harrison City, Pennsylvania, 15636.
