Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Manor will meet at 6:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the Borough Council Chambers, 44 Main Street, Manor, PA 15665, for the purpose of considering an Application from James Vacha, of 114 Gregory Street, Manor, PA 15665, for a dimensional variance to allow for the placement of an accessory garage building. The relief requested is a variance from the provisions of Zoning Ordinance §27-213(1)(b), which establishes a fifteen (15’) foot maximum height for accessory structures in the R-1 Zoning District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Penn, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on the 12th day of November, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Penn Township Municipal Building located at 2001 Municipal Court, Harrison City, PA 15636, regarding the Application and Request of Pontiac Beach Holdings, LLC seeking approval of an intermunicipal transfer of a Liquor License (R-14381) from Vandergrift Borough to Penn Township. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing within the Township concerning the applicant’s intent to transfer the license into the Township and other relevant issues with regard to the proposed intermunicipal transfer of the Liquor License. A copy of the proposed Resolution that would approve the applicant’s application to transfer the liquor license as set forth above is available for inspection at no charge or copies may be made at the Township rate at the Township Building located at 2001 Municipal Court, Harrison City, PA 15636 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
