The Penn-Franklin News, Penn Trafford News, and Delmont Salem News are all published each Monday unless otherwise announced in the paper. All three papers contain exactly the same information in each issue. We assign papers by the address of the subscriber.

Subscription rates are based on where you live. Outside of Westmoreland County, the rate is $65.00 for one year or 52 issues as of September 1, 2025.
